Autism, also known as Autistic Disorder or Persuasive Developmental Disorder, impairs an individual’s ability to interact with others. Commit2Care provides professional support for individuals with autism in England.
The Difficulties with Social Interaction
Individuals with autism often face challenges in their daily social interactions. They may find it difficult to understand the actions of others and establish new relationships. Additionally, interpreting non-verbal cues can be complicated for them.

One-to-one discussions
People with Autism frequently encounter difficulties in communication and social interaction. We ensure our clients are involved in private discussions, where they can communicate honestly and tell us how they feel and what they want. Clients are invited to have conversations with specialist staff, who encourage them to speak about themselves, how they feel, and their goals and desires. We hope through such processes to build their confidence, develop personal relationships, and ensure they always feel supported.
